Great food and customer service. Fold was brought out to our table fast and warm considering how busy and jam packed the restaurant was. Prices are a little high but worth it for the quality of their food and service.

You guys are always fast, organized, friendly, and well staffed, no matter how busy! And that stands in strong contrast to many local competitors. And the food is hot and tasty. Granted, the cuisine is fast food but I've been served less tasty meals on a plate in full service restaurants. Thanks for being so reliable! And we miss you on Sundays but totally respect you for holding that value and boundary!

I advise this franchise to tread cautiously... I noticed a few... Shall we say... New faces working here, and one of them managed to screw our order up in almost every way. Our order number was 2851665, 4:28pm on 1/25/19.

Ordered two #1 (deluxe) meals and a milkshake and the guy somehow managed to replace one of the soft drinks with a milkshake, so we only got one soft drink. We were charged the a la carte price for the second soft drink despite buying two meals, which drove our bill up to 18 including tax.

He then corrected (in his own way) the problem so there would be the second soft drink, and asked if we wanted a cup carrier. My girlfriend said 'yes' and he proceeded to pull out a carrier with only a two-drink capacity. After some prompting, he got out a 4-drink cup carrier.

After waiting much too long for our food (to-go order) we headed home. Upon closer inspection of our meals, we realized that we received the non-deluxe version of the meal.

I definitely love this restaurant but it seems like you made some bad hiring decisions.
