But sometimes there’s a woman by the name of Jodie, who always no matter what I do gets my order wrong and then gives me an attitude after I tell her it’s incorrect. All of the other employees have always been nice to me but sometimes I have an experience with Jodie, that’s the reason for the four out of five.”

“My husband loves their coffee, plus they’ll even add almond milk. I personally think they’ve got the best coffee from any donut shop. At our DD, their drive through staff even know your order just from seeing the car. Plus, if we have our puppy with us, they give him a piece of bacon, just to be nice.”

“At first I was a little upset because I could not find this location I went to Willow Grove Mall went across the street where it's supposed to be I was determined to find the ham. When I finally found the Honey Baked Ham Store it was a big smile on my face. I wasn't really impressed in the store because it wasn't much out it was one young lady there if she was in the bed when I walked in I didn't want to buy a whole hand because it wasn't around the holidays and I don't know how long I can sit in the freezer. So I brought the pieces of him just to try to make sure I like it so I can purchase beautiful Easter for my family. I walked around the empty store to find out they had desserts, sides and other items. Someone told need that they give out samples but unfortunately it was nothing there to sample. The ham was delicious and I brought a side of broccoli with lemon and olive oil and it was in the frozen section. Sorry to say it looks good on the box but it wasn't tasty it was really salty I couldn't find my receipt to bring it back but I will definitely not buy that again. I think they need to re-amp the broccoli with the lemon. Needs to be broccoli separate lemon juice and garlic oil needs to be in a pack. I haven't tried the desert.”

“Would have been better if they got my order right. Idk, maybe I expect more bc the two I usually go to know me well enough. They left the mocha out of my iced cappuccino & forgot whipped cream. Ordered 2 bagels each differently & alto they got that right theone bagel was more on the stale side and I could tell that even with it being lightly toasted. Although I don't like a huge amount of cream cheese I would have preferred a little more then half a teaspoon. I'm glad it's not one i go to often bc I wouldn't pay the reg prices for the mostly stale, dry bagels that took way longer to make them thru should have since only one was toasted & a med coffee not made to order. Oh, and it was ordered through the app!!”
