Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Good burgers. Service was okay. I really appreciate that they have gluten free options as well as lettuce wraps for burgers or sandwiches. This Red Robin is pretty updated from the ones I'm used to. Its atmosphere is nice. The kitchen window is open and visible to the costumers. Nice large bar to sit and be served at. You can cash out electronically from the table as well as play games.

Was very busy so we had to wait to be seated, but it wasn't too long. The server want attentive at all and we barely saw him, but he was at the tables around us quite a bit. When our check came there was an item on there that we had not ordered. We waited 20 minutes for the waiter to come back so we're could tell him and have him fix it, but he never came back. We left cash and a decent tip minus the item we hadn't ordered and left a note explaining we had to leave. Food was good, parking was easy.

I don't go in having high expectations, Red Robin is just a sit down fast food joint. Was there on a Friday night around 8 PM, had to wait about 5 minutes for a table. They were busy but the dinner crowd was definitely thinning out. After we were seated took over 5 minutes for someone to take our drink order. The first server just came to the table and said "What would you like to drink". No pleasantries, no my name is, was straight to the point. Waited what seemed to be another 5 minutes for server #2 to bring our drinks - different person than took the order. Then shortly after that server #3 took our actual food order. We asked could we have an order of fries come out with our food. She said - no problem. Best part of Red Robin is the unlimited fries. Our food eventually showed without the additional fries. When server #3 finally came back around, I asked again for fries and her response was "Sometimes they come out, sometimes they don't". And I'm thinking to myself, sometimes you get tipped sometimes you don't. She did bring out two order of fries, but the baskets were stacked on top of each. I'm hoping they do a good job of washing those plastic baskets, else whatever was on the sticky table before where it was sitting, is now on my order of fries. On the plus side, the burgers were good and the fries were hot. Service was just lacking.

Great burgers, bottomless fries. The tower of onions rings is cool, and delicious. Staff is plentiful and super friendly. And you can now get a mug of beer in the 32 oz size. Every time I eat here I love it- I need to eat here more often.

I love Red Robin as a whole. This location is decent. It has gotten better in the last couple months, but the first few times I went here, the staff seemed pretty disinterested, dissatisfied or just bored. It's still not the greatest RR service I've ever had, but they seem to be working on it.

The food is great and the restaurant is clean and well-maintained. The lighting and decor is what you'd expect from Red Robin, and I feel comfortable there. I hope they keep building up the service, but otherwise it is great.
