Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza

Anthony's Coal Fire always has great food. 3 stars for this particular restaurant. As you can see when you Google this restaurant you can reserve a table. When you call the say they don't really reserve tables. If you walk in give your name in and wait-- you'll notice people who have just been dropped off give their name and be seated. You ask management and they get upset and flabbergasted. They do not know how to explain it-other than they do take names maybe. After we were seated. Orders taken. No silverware, server not happy that we questioned the manager earlier. Me and my guest both have worked in the hospitality industry for years in management So, we understand probably more than most. They took one drink order never asked if would like refills. We were served our salad and meal came after the salad was placed on the table halfway through our server placed our check on the table and did I mention no silverware. Wectook it off another table. It was a lot of waiting then being rushed out. I wanted espresso--machine wasn't working I ordered cheesecake and wasn't even asked if I would like cinnamon on it had to ask. I'm a regular not at this one but the restaurant in Horsham (told them I had a rewards card) didn't take and didn't apply it.
Our server seemed put off. Not sure if its because she had to re due the check. We noticed the manager going table to table but he never came to ours. Shame cause we would have liked to say we understood about the wait. But then being snubbed by the server and then the manager. Hmmm, our server you could see talking with the other servers. People waiting for tables and 3 tabletops open. Can we say lost revenue with people walking away because there is a wait of 20+minutes. Not sure what the focus was on.
It's a good thing they have great tasting food.

Omg!!! The meatballs are to die for. I finally broke down and bought a pot. Taste just as great as eating in. The staff is friendly and the manager Keith stops at every table to make sure you enjoyed your food and having a good time. It’s the small personal touches that haves me coming back to this location. I like to have a seat facing the ovens and watch the amazing cooks work. They are masters at their craft and continue to amaze me. To the staff who get in early and make the meet balls my hat is off to you!! You are my hero’s!!!! You are worth the wait in my books and I wish staff and managers continued success!!!!

Good pizza options to choose from along with other food options. Service was great and the space is nice and modern. TV and bar inside as well.
