“I'll try to start with the positives. My south if the border sandwich was good. The garlic bagel I got it on was delicious. However, I felt rushed while trying to decide what I wanted to order. I'm reading over the menu, I've never been here before, and every 30 seconds or so I hear the person behind the counter shout, "I can help whoever's next!". Guess what? I'm not ready yet. Wait. It took a while for our sandwiches to be ready. They were packed to go even though we had said we were dining in. That part I can ignore. I can't ignore that my bagel was not cut properly. I also can't ignore that the avocado pieces that were on my sandwich may have potentially been under ripe. My party and I weren't fans of the dollar charge for soda refills. The bagels here really taste amazing but as of right now I don't know if I'll be coming back.”

“The products were typical Dunkin Donuts. I particularly like the hash browns when they are crisp. At some of their stores they are mushy, but they got it right here. The best thing about this location is the variety of seating. It felt like a place I could go, grab a bagel and coffee, and sit and get some work done. There is even a wall mounted gas fire place. The tables could use some cleaning, but overall it was very good. I'll likely return.”

They must have fired the person previously making the bagels and hired a new person, and perhaps taught the kids running the place how better to make the food because it was infinitely better. The seating is VERY limited, however, but they can't help that. Here's hoping this place stays improved. I really want to give this place a better review because when you do get your food correctly, it's delicious. Great bagels, great selection. Unfortunately it's run primarily by teenagers who apparently can't remember or read their own/each other's handwriting. I understand giving high school and college agree kids jobs for less but come on..”

They just seem disorganized and doesn’t have a good flow. Lots of staff both at the front and back of the house, yet it still takes a long time just to get a drink. It is almost like they are getting in each other’s way. The food is sometimes burned in spots, and it just is a bit disappointing. I am looking forward to when they really start to click. The seating area is clean and well laid out. The staff are friendly. The drive-thru seems to be efficient. But whomever trains DD employees to put frosted donuts upside down in the bag needs to go. It happens at almost every location I’ve been to. I’m tired of losing half of my frosting.”

“Love Panera. Also, LOVE this Panera location. I often do the mobile ordering, and every time my order is ready for pick up when expected and always has the correct items. During my most recent experience here, I had ordered a pastry item through mobile ordering and it was not available. The manager himself made sure to relay this news to me and continued to let me pick out TWO pastry items. Now, that’s customer service. It may have been something so simple, but anymore I’m finding that fast food businesses are caring less and less about what their customers think. Not this place. Also, the employees are well trained and very kind.”
