They explained the new product I was drinking in eerily accurate and enticing detail. This is the kind of salesmanship that is void at expensive coffee shops. They were fast and accurate with the order even if I was slow to chose and annoyingly modified in the middle of things. Starbucks cannot match this level of service which was a fraction of the price.”

“My company orders frequently from here for our lunch meetings. Always enjoyed the sandwiches and selections. Decided to order sandwiches for wife's birthday for dinner. She picked Roasted Turkey w/Avocados because she loves avocados. Picked order up on the way home. After a bite, she noticed there was not a slice of avocado in the sandwich, clearly an error. Since we were too far from Panera, I stopped by on the way home the next day and explained to the manager about the oversight. He handled the situation politely and professionally without asking for a lengthy explanation and compensated me fairly without question. And that's how you achieve customer retention and loyalty! And positive reviews.”

“My granddaughter had her birthday party at Menchie's. The girls loved it. There was plenty to keep them entertained. They had their own private room, all the frozen yogurt and toppings they could eat, games and face painting. Plus the Menchie mascot came for a surprise visit. The young teenagers that assisted us were included and they did an excellent job with the girls. To top it off the price was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Menchie's to our friends.”

Ordered 2 bagels each differently & alto they got that right theone bagel was more on the stale side and I could tell that even with it being lightly toasted. Although I don't like a huge amount of cream cheese I would have preferred a little more then half a teaspoon. I'm glad it's not one i go to often bc I wouldn't pay the reg prices for the mostly stale, dry bagels that took way longer to make them thru should have since only one was toasted & a med coffee not made to order. Oh, and it was ordered through the app!!”

“My daughter loves this place. So I figured I'd try it out. I have to say the food was good. The cashier was pleasant. Better than I expected since she compared this restaurant to Panera (where I dislike the choices). I was pleasantly surprised the food was good. However I wish I could have known the salad choice I made was overly seasoned. I'm not a fan of that. Maybe another salad would not be. Otherwise a good experience for what I explained above. You're wondering why the average stars? They are because it took so long to get the food and I felt it was a tad over priced. Not only that the table near the window was at was dirty (I know because it was full of crumbs). Shame the patio wasn't open on this sunny warm day.”

“The interior is nice and updated with some chairs by a fireplace. My frozen hot chocolate was good but needed more whipped cream. Staff was helpful. Traffic flow in and out is not ideal but about the best they could do the way the roads are there. If you miss it when you're heading south-east on just turn right at the light and then turn right after Starbucks. It's easy to get to from there.”
