Outback Steakhouse

The service was excellent, and our food showed up quickly. Everything was prepared the way we wanted. What a wonderful experience! We were so enthused with our visit, that when the manager stopped by our table to check on us, we had to tell her. I told her that this was probably one of the best visits we had ever had. She was very grateful to hear that. She in turn gave us a gift card for free appetizer on our next visit! How cool was that!

For a chain restaurant the food appears to be freshly made and they catered to my requests to try to eat as cleanly as possibly. I had 6oz filet and steamed asparagus, all cooked as ordered with delicious seasonings. The service at the bar was outstanding even when not order alcoholic beverages. I recommend over Texas Roadhouse as a comparable steakhouse.

This Outback's consistency on cook and service runs hot and cold for me. Prior to about 5 years ago it was consistently great service and meal preparation. Lately, it is 50/50 and there are more consistent steak options in the area.
We tried again in 2019 and the first service and meal was very good. You might ask how could they botch a salad. Look no further than our one and only visit in early 2018 for the answer: almost no dressing, all stalks with very few green leaves on the romaine and to top it off literally shrimp that was barely cooked and still clear. I will try a couple more times to make sure the consistency has returned before adding a star.

4/6/2019 This marks the third meal where both cook and service were consistent. I improved to 4 stars and Outback is back in our normal rotation of places to dine out.

we went for a quick appetizer of bacon cheese fries and they are still the best. sat at the bar and service was very good. the only reason i didn't give 5 stars is that floor was slippery.

Polite staff. Food came out in a timely manner, appetizers then entrees, not one on top of the other. Food was cooked exactly as asked. No issues!
