My husband and I went to the Melting Pot for date night on Saturday. We had the best time! The staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and so friendly. Food was delicious as usual. Our waitress was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about our evening! Thanks for the fig jelly!
Waitress Sarah was awesome! She was very professional and added a very personal touch to our double date night. The food was also amazing as usual! For those who have never been, expect about $60/head for this awesome dining experience.
Interesting concept. Great service all around. Quality of proteins was very good. My only complaint if I have one is with four people it is difficult to cook enough at once on the small grill pan on the table. Which translated into quite a long dinner.
Service was awesome! Server was always super attentive even for refill my water. And give me tips about sauces and what to mix with them.
The food was so fresh! I really enjoyed everything overall. I went for the Restaurant week and they have a special menu with nice prices. Other than a full menu experience is a highly cost.
The only downside for me, I don't eat anything spicy. I always explained that and request nothing spicy on my dishes. I have a limited tasted for spiciness that I can handle. Nothing in my order was supposedly spicy but the sausage was. Worst part is that the sausage was the first thing I tried and after that all my broth was contaminated with the flavor. So all the rest of the items tasted similar to the sausage.
For me, sausage (separating if it's or not spicy) it's not the best option to cook on broth and I think they should know better.
Neither the pasta nor the vegetables balls were my favorite.
Always have a good experience going to Melting Pots. The staff have always been very nice, helpful and friendly. The food is phenomenal, nothing like it anywhere else. It can be expensive and they could have a few more drink options, but overall it's a great place for high end dining.
