El Ranchito

El Ranchito is a very unique place. One I find doesn't really exist as much in the Lehigh Valley. For starters it's a place that makes both Puerto Rican style and Mexican style food, and what it gets right is the food. I've never really seen a cooler that could handle two styles at once. Besides that, it was impressive the amount of food that everyone gets considering the price which isn't that bad, and while it does suffer from a lack of space like many small places it's definitely a place that deserves to be given a chance. Overall I would say that the food is great, the space is limited, and the service is fine so 4 out of 5 respectfully a good time

This place is a little Slice of Heaven Mexican-style! I just moved to Easton. We hadn't gone grocery shopping so I decided just to walk around the city and see what I can get my family and I for dinner last night. I walked into the restaurant looked over the menu ordered what I thought I look look good and my family is picky so there was a lot of special orders. Not only was the food fantastic and everything was made to order but the service was the best part. It's been a long time since I had someone in the service industry treat me so well at the customer! You're definitely going to be my go-to Friday night family dinners
