I would give a 4star, but only because there's one issue and I think that could be mean. I'll tell you the 1 wrong thing, ...but 1st what's right. Service is excellent, dining room is clean. Menu is fun and varied. Portions are a bit on the big side which is great. Coffee is tasty. The ONLY problem is the grits aren't seasoned at all. Twice I tried them, hoping the 1st time was a fluke, but for EVERYTHING else to be properly seasoned and not the grits is very confusing. Tastes like water, grits and nothing else. I hope they see this and consider seasoning the grits.
We are always so impressed with Billy’s. We live closer to the Easton location, and I just love the new decor. The food is always good, never disappointed.
The food was impressive. Tasty big servings you'll likely need a to-go container. A bit pricey but options vary- something for everyone
Don't let the word "Diner" in the name fool you. This small trendy restaurant in Easton is a fantastic place to have a great dining experience for breakfast. Everything that we ordered on the menu was delicious. From the Avocado Toast to the “Blues” Berry Pancakes to the Fresh-Squeezed Orange Juice, we enjoyed every minute.
The environment is beautiful and has great potential to have outside seating but I went in the winter. The food was good nothing spectacular. Staff was friendly and attentive. Felt a little like they were rushing me to get finished and out though. Overall a great place to go out for a cup of coffee and breakfast.
