The Bayou Easton

Food was good. The service was excellent but the hush puppies my friend ordered took awhile to come out but the manager was able to take it off her bill. Overall I'd come again. The mac and cheese was tasty and the jambalaya was delicious and had a kick to it. Definitely yummy.

Great food. We had brunch here. The food was great the service was friendly and attentive. We had the ribs, the "Southern Breakfast" and pulled pork. It is not fast so, if you are hungry order an ap or some soup. The food is worth the the wait though. Very flavorful and has a little spice without being too heavy or rich.

I absolutely love the Bayou. While Easton is their second location, they hold the same standard and quality as they do in Bethlehem. The food is feel good comfort food, and you cant go wrong with anything you get. My personal favorites include the mac and cheese, and the fried chicken sandwich, but everything I've tried has been delicious. Their beer and cocktail list is usually okay, but when they feature specialty cocktails is the best. I would highly recommend to anyone!

One of the best restaurants in the area. Fresh really tasty ingredients. Some very different and well thought out dishes as well as your traditional southern cuisine. My family order a bunch of dishes and shared and we loved it all. The cocktails are also very good. I’d recommend this 100%

Staff was very friendly and accommodating of our party of 6. The mac and cheese was really good. The collard greens aren't your down south greens but still good. The salmon is very moist and the grapefruit and brussel sprouts with the salmon were very tasty. The peanut butter mousse is good but very filling. Nice atmosphere.
