Vassi's Drive-In

We moved to Hellertown a few weeks ago and just so happens that we live right down the street from this gem :) Once a week we order take out from here and EVERYTHING has been perfect! The orders are correct each time, all special instructions were followed, and the food is fresh and hot. Oh, and the ice cream... they have the most unique flavors and offerings. If you are ever in the area and are looking for a great place to eat, check them out; they will not disappoint!

Food was good but service was really bad. We had 2 gyro's they were really good. Girl who took order forgot our drinks which wasn't a big deal. Then we decide to get ice cream took over 30 min to get 2 small ice creams. We probably will not be going back any time soon

We love the fresh and delicious food and ice cream here. Everything is fast, hot and fresh. These burgers are big, juicy and delicious. The gyro is amazing. Best hot dogs and onion rings. Even the chicken nuggets are yummy. Always get an ice cream cone, shake or a banana split. The owner is a great guy who supports his community. This place is a gem and a community fixture. You will be full and happy when you leave...

Always a good place for a quick dessert. Despite being very busy during my visit my order was taking quickly and prepared fast even though it was a large order. Great place to take the family and kids.

I got the Texas burger and onion rings. The burner was well seasoned and perfectly cooked, however I didn't care for the zesty sauce on the burger. That same burger with bbq would have been much better in my opinion. There could have been a little more onion rings on the side. I found it to be a little skimpy. Anyways, the burger was good, the staff was friendly and quick. I won't hesitate to stop here again if I'm ever in the area.
