Lucas Italian Bistro

We had a nice time at Luca's. The Food was excellent. We had our own room, due to large party. Service was Outstanding. Every course was prepared to the tee, and served on-time. Nothing came out of the kitchen under/over cooked or cold. Luca's is a small and unsophisticated Restaurant. Still, the atmosphere was nice. The Food is as good as Giuseppe's, which preceded Luca's. Very impressed. Our Waitress was second to none. An overall excellent experience. We will be back !!!

Friendly server and low key atmosphere. Food was delicious and came out in a timely manner for homemade Italian food. Nice place overall.

We were seated and waited 10 minutes till we even got menus, the waiter said he didn't realize it was his table and there aren't that many tables in the place in the first place! I waited tables the first thing you do is see people give them a glass of ice water and menus and say will be with you shortly.the food was really good and they had candles all over the restaurant but they weren't lit if you have candles light them! It's called ambience! Somewhere battery operated and the others were regular oil lamps! Get it together people you have good food I put light bulbs in that are burned out on your fixtures it looks so much better!

I ordered a traditional pizza, and fried ravioli for pickup. Was quoted 20 minutes, I showed up in 25min and still had to wait 5min for my order to come out. The food was decent, but nothing spectacular. Order total online was $14.30 and when I arrived was told the total is $15.88, I’m not one to complain over a few dollars so I let it slide.I paid with a $20 bill and after I got to my car and checked my change I was given back $3.12. I was not only overcharged but also short changed an additional dollar on top. Customer service is also lacking. No “thank you for coming in” “ have a great day” nothing, just handed my order and change without saying anything. There was only one family in the place so it’s not as if they were busy. I live close by so would probably have ordered again if not for these issues but I’ll stick with marinellis from now on.
