Really enjoyed it here. Super small and cozy, beautiful garden in the back. Chef Adam dropped in 2 times during the meal to chat. Menu is very interesting and pays homage to old PA food and style. Totally worth it for unique, deliciously prepared/ presented food.

Wonderful experience and atmosphere, delicious food, thoughtful owner & server. This place checked off all the boxes! I love the cozy “grandma’s house” style of the interior decor. Large back windows opened up to a lovely garden in the backyard. I would recommend calling ahead / making reservations as the dining area is a little small, but we were lucky and were able to be seated immediately on a Friday night.

We ordered the snapper soup, frog, bread, striped bass, and finished with dumplings for dessert. Everything came out beautifully plated and tasted incredible. Also it’s BYOB! Will definitely be back soon. Thank you for a great night out!

Great location in Fishtown! The staff are wonderful and attentive. We were made to feel at home and the atmosphere was great. The food is wonderful and the Waitress will explain everything. An occasional visit by Chef to check on you and your food shows they are committed to taking care of every patron. Thank you for the wonderful night out (first night out without our ten month old).

We had the Beef and Fish meals - which we couldn’t ask for anything more. We both ordered an appetizer; main course; and a dessert each. We stayed to finish off two bottles of wine and just enjoyed the night out. Thanks again!!

Amazing experience and wonderful food! Every detail was lovingly thought out and curated to be the highest quality. Our waitress was the sweetest and really completed the whole experience. We can’t wait to go back and see what else he has to offer!

I haven’t been to a restaurant that shows such a high level of care from the owner/chef in a very long time. Everything was perfectly thought out and locally sourced. Our experience was wonderful from the second we walked in. The chef greeted us at the door and our server (Lynn) was excellent. The menu changes monthly (or so) so we have a reason to go back!
