Alex's Pizzeria

Stewart Miller’s review is suspicious. He claims to have lived in Roxborough for “years” yet ALL of his other many reviews are North Jersey or NYC, what would they know about good pizza ? Besides, never trust someone named “Stuart” Lol I on the other hand HAVE lived In Roxborough, 57 years ! And have been a customer 45 plus years and except for that period when some New Jersey entrepreneur owned it, they have always produced an excellent pie like no other Try one then you decide

I have been enjoying Alex's Pizza some 48 years now maybe even longer my Grandpop used to pick up pies and bring them home on Friday night it was either Alex's Pizza or a Wally's Cheesesteak on Friday night although the pie seem bigger when I was younger and it probably was The Taste from those ovens Still Remains the Same I'm taking my son down there picked up a couple pies hoping to keep the tradition alive with him although we moved out of Roxborough some things you just have to come back for Alex's Pizzeria the novelty the" Aviance"???? and all the memories bring me home to a Little Slice of my youth. Try Alex's it's it's a Roxborough Manayunk staple. ENJOY!!

I have been enjoying Alex's Pizza since I was a little kid. Although the pizza boxes have changed, it's still the same delicious pie. Each bite is a trip down memory lane. Thanks for staying an authentic Roxborough tradition!
