    Ordered directly from China House. 15 minutes...hot and ready when I arrived. Basic sweet and sour shrimp cooked perfectly. Unexpectedly, not basic, Hunan Scallops.Very generous amount of sea scallops in a fragrant light spicy brown sauce with a beautiful mix of fresh vegetables all perfectly cooked.

    4/5...my usual spot moved so China House is my next option. Food did seem to take awhile with Beyond Menu, but was hot and delicious when I got it. I ordered in the restaurant and the service was very fast for 5:30 on a Friday night. Restaurant was as clean as you'd expect from a Chinese take-out joint like this, maybe even cleaner. Staff was amiable. Food was good again and I have tasty leftovers for tomorrow. Really nothing special here, but I appreciate the consistency of flavor, especially with their lo mein. It's not too bland, too fishy, too salty, or too greasy.
