    Although the place is very busy it is a very beautiful view if you like the busy life scenery I have not eaten there but is very convenient if you're right there by City Hall just you have to be aware of the mixture of people literally all types of life is in the area but it gives you a beautiful City View and makes you feel like you're the heart of Philadelphia
