We have been enjoying the food at Drbreaux's for many years. For Easter we decided to gett some platters here instead of cooking. Once again we were not disappointed. Everything was absolutely delicious. Be prepared to have plenty to enjoy for later because you definitely will get your money's worth. Mom wants to come back for Mother's day.
Pros: Very good soul food. Honestly, this was some of the best soul food I’ve had in a while. I ordered the turkey wings platter with Mac and Cheese with Cabbage. Everything was finger licking good. The portions are generous! I appreciate the amounts she gave. I had some left over for the next day.
Cons: Just for transparency. The wait is long. I ordered 2 hours in advance. It wasn’t an issue for me since I planned it out that way. So order ahead.
Overall 5 stars because she is a beast in the kitchen and the food was amazing!
