Shakes are Delicious and so are they protein balls. I love the people here its always nice to visit them because they care about what you eat plus they have classes there to offer as well and coaches to talk to about nutrition.

This is what this area needs. Hospitals are close by, various people out and about wanting something nutritous to drink. When you walk in, you are greeted with a hello and a smile. She instantly knew that I had never been there before. We chatted for a few minutes, made me feel welcomed!! The shake and tea were both amazing, yes I purchased 2 things the 1st time there. I will be back when my schedule permits. Don't snooze on this small women-owned busiiness!! Check it out!!

I have never been to an establishment that gives you that warm family feeling like here. The shakes and tea’s are amazing but the love & support from the community are unmatched. Highly recommend this place if your looking for a family type of community without any judgments.
