m2o Burgers & Salads Philadelphia

I live in Queen Village and order from M2O 1 or 2 times per month. The food is decent, but for a "made to order" burger restaurant, this operation gets an F. There are mistakes on almost every single order, some critical.
I have ordered a bacon cheeseburger that was missing bacon. When I select 3 or 4 toppings, it is inevitable that at least one is missing. I just ordered M2O fries and received plain fries. I have been forced to check my food at the restaurant upon pickup for accuracy and more often then not, I have to ask for a correction. The staff is always very polite, yet they consistently make mistakes. I want this place to succeed in my neighborhood, but unfortunately they have lost me as a customer.

Update: The manager of M2O reached out to me directly to apologize and to better understand the problem. I had a constructive talk with her and I'm confident that she will resolve this issue. I look forward to dining again.

I've eaten here several times. Recently we ordered here for work lunch. Everyone was happy with their order. Their bread quality is really good. I like the potato bun and also how customizable everything is!

burgers and the setting here is better than most. I often meet people here to talk. Next time I'll be back with my friends. Makes me feel like I am back in Sacramento.

Tried this place out for the first time with a build your own salad today. I ordered online and it was ready for pick up in 10 minutes. I am so impressed with how generous they are with toppings. HUGE bowl of fresh greens and perfectly grilled chicken. Fair price for a very hearty salad—I will definitely be back!!
