    I Google BBQ near me and Mikes was the 1st place that showed up. My maps said it was 3 miles away. So without confirming the address I read reviews and decided to place my order online. After paying i realized it was 30 min away. Needless say I was hungry and had already paid so took the drive to South Philly. EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT! I ordered 1/2 slab of ribs, cornbread, greens, coleslaw and wings (for my partner). OMG well worth it!

    Just ordered a half rack of ribs online and - gotta say - some of the best ribs I have ever had ) and I have been to bbq icons like Franklin Barbecue). Tender, falling-off-the-bone meat with just the right essence of smoke - truly terrific.

    Only thing I would recommend is to include napkins in the order. I ordered these takeout and ate them in a park and had to get a bit “creative” while eating.

    But, dang, those ribs were good!

    First time here and I ordered the brisket cheese steak and it was perfection. The meat was so juicy and Smokey. The flavor was perfect and the cheese thoroughly melted. Just amazing. We will definitely be returning.

    Great find. Be prepared to wait because it may have been a great find for me, but everyone else already found it.

    I got the:

    Ribs - Definitely the star of the meal.
    Pork - Excellent.
    Mac n Cheese - Cheesy, smoky, and tasty.
    Cornbread - Not dry. Really good.

    I definitely want to come back.

    Best BBQ and mac&cheese around! No doubt about it, Mike’s is worth 5 stars & more. Delicious food, generous portions, friendly staff, quick service, clean and inviting atmosphere. Street parking can be a little tight but totally worth finding a spot. Highly recommend! Perfect for locals or tourists!
