Wawa

Great location on 16th Street between Market and Chestnut Streets. The store is smaller than I’m accustomed to. Waiting at or near the pickup window you tend to be in someone’s way. I wish there were more options to remedy. I think as more get familiar with the location, there will be a line out the door. Thank you for being here WAWA!

This Wawa has been the perfect addition to the busy area between Market and Chestnut streets. You can expect to find many of the Wawa staples like made-to-order sandwiches, snacks, beverages, hot coffee and fresh salads. I noticed that this location does not have the food warmer that’s usually by the register and stocked with stuffed pretzels and mozzarella sticks. My guess is that it’s too small to accommodate them but definitely a bummer. The lines can be long during peak hours but that’s to be expected at any Wawa store. While you may not be able to find everything you’re looking for, it’s the perfect place to grab something quick and be on your way. Glad to have this new location and I hope management can find creative ways to expand the space and add more items.

Very nice grand opening! Very Clean, people are friendly, and more convenient in the heart of Center City Square
