“They have never been a place I wanted to go to. Mostly when I'm stuck on holidays or late nights. The staff has varied between very kind and ignorant throughout the years. The other night I stopped in to grab cigarettes on my way home and was informed they no longer carry them?! A convenience store that does not carry ANY tobacco products? We will see... I guess they needed a place to put all the seasonal candy from last Halloween Christmas and easter... Smdh”

“The employees are friendly. Nice variety of items to choose from. Never packed. I lived in the area most my life and always was in n out. The only problem I have about this particular 7-eleven is my girlfriend was pregnant and always craving the little chocolate doughnuts that come in a bag from tasty cake and they never have them. And if they do it's only the little 6pack that is more than half the price of the big bag.”

“As far as small, local coffee shops the green line cafe is wonderful. The staff has always been friendly and I love spending my time/money here. The way the restaurant is set up I have met and made a few friends just by being open to conversation and I really enjoy that about this place. “Living in South Philadelphia my whole life when Homegrown was created on broad and Snyder, my mom and her friends would go all the time! She inspired me, and then my friends and I went. We were some of their first customers. Homegrown is now moved legit right around the corner from me and is the most convenient place to get coffee and other things. I remember trying their exceptional flavor chocolate banana coffee, and it was there the best thing I have ever tried. 10/10 recommend. The owners are also excellent, kind-hearted people. I love to walk by and have a chat because they are always outside and willing to. The energy is fantastic, and I am glad to have them a part of my neighborhood and community.”
