“I have visited this restaurant twice times and I have never been disappointed. The atmosphere is amazing. The place is always clean and there are plenty of seats and tables. The service is great and the employees are really nice. When I forgot my change, the employee came to my table and handed it to me. For the food, it's AMAZING! Nanu's has the best chicken I ever tasted in Philadelphia. Not to forget that it's HALAL. As a muslim, finding a restaurant that has tasty and halal foods is kinda hard, but Nanus has it. They have different delicious options, but I have only tried 2 different ones, which are the #1 and #4. If it's your first time at Nanu's, I recommend trying #4 as it has a chicken sandwich, 2 tenders, fried, and a small coleslaw. Now let's talk about the price. The prices for each dish may be a little expensive, but it is totally worth it when you try the food.”

“It's convenient and the prices are cheaper than the beer distributor. Homemade Chinese food is awesome, made fresh and delicious. The lady who is always working there is a professional and very helpful. I think she's the owner because she has passion and the food is much better than the takeout Chinese establishments in Northeast Philadelphia.”

“Not sure why this place only has 30ish reviews. That’s crazy. I had to take a picture before I polished the rest. I got the crazy calabrese with extra pepperoni and sweet sausage. It’s toasted to perfection , crisp. The flavors are on point. However , I didn’t notice I ordered a pizza without cheese 😅, but I’d def order the same thing again. With cheese next time ! (Also, North Jersey here, we take out pizza very serious. )”

“Empanadas United is a really great addition to East Falls! I got a three empanadas: chicken and cheese, a ham and cheese, and a guava and cheese. The food came fast, the empanadas were hot, the dough was crispy and flaky, and the cheese was melty. They make them very mild and have a variety of dips, hot sauces, and spicy mayo, so you can adjust spice to your taste. All three empanadas were yummy - my favorite was the ham and cheese. They even threw in a free little pudding treat for valentines day! I will definitely be going back.”

“Had the burger combo and spicy chicken combo. It’s a nice place that stays open till 4 AM for the night owls, considering how late I went and the quality of the food?, easy 8/10. The buns were perfect, the fries tasty and crunchy. Would definitely go again, I recommend the spicy chicken sandwich though. The burger was okay, decent alright burger.”

“I wanted to like Eda’s more than I did. I truly did. I tried while my family was in town and ordered 3 pies. - [ ] New Haven tomato - because we had to try it - [ ] One pep - [ ] One sausage They have heart and are trying to make a New Haven pie. It is just not there. There were some dark spots, but it was so limp and had a slight crispiness to it we all felt disappointed. And it was missing that distinctive char. They don’t have coal-fired ovens, a prerequisite for a NH pie. The next day, I heated it on 550 pizza steel, and it crisped up nicely. Maybe they rushed to get the pies out on a busy Friday night. I wish they had a clam pie to try, and the guy said they are hoping to get one. There’s something about the original Frank Pepe’s ovens that can’t be replicated here in Philly. Don’t get me wrong, it was a solid pie but maybe call it “New Haven” with the quotes to warn those who know what New Haven pizza is so they go in better armed. For the area, I would go to a few other places first, Paulie Gees and Pizzeria Vetri, to name a few.”

“I found parking right out front so that was a plus because Main Street can be busy. It wasn’t anybody in there when I arrived but oriole starting coming after me. They have a system where you can order on or go up and order with the cashier. So was nice and explained what I didn’t understand. Service was pretty fast. The vibe was mellow. Nice music playing. Very clean also. A bunch of food options.”
