Simply the best stopping place on the trail, bar none. Undefeated for great times, and I assure you the food will exceed your expectations... those fried pickles are THE TRUTH! You need this place in yo life.

What a great place! Yeah, smoking is permitted (outdoor deck may be more to your liking when it’s busy), but it is a great little local dive (not a dump) where the owner would rather keep the prices low and the food terrific rather than cater to those who need polish to enjoy a meal. Laughter and conversation is more to our liking than new bar stools. Btw, guys, be sure to visit the restroom before you leave. Best appliance ever!

Me and my boyfriend went here while we were vacationing near Promiseland State Park. Lynn was SO sweet! We both made sure to stop back before we left for burgers because it honestly was one of the best cheeseburgers of my life. It was simple, well priced, and delicious. Their buffalo wings were also fantastic. Its a charming little dive bar that offers quality hospitality.
