    Their sushi is really good and hibachi is good, except for the chef we had was not entertaining at all.

    The best sushi/sashimi in the area. It is consistently well made and you can tell the chef cares about what he's making. I'm a repeat customer.
    It's also always very clean.

    I've tried really good sushi all over the country and Mt Fuji impresses me.
