Waitresses were super friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu items and descriptions. Food was amazing and there was lots of choices. Most importantly, my stepdaughter has a nut allergy and they were super careful with the food choices for her. I would definitely like to return!
My coworkers LOVE this place! So I decided to order today! I got the grilled cheese with bacon, tomato, and basil sandwich! Delicious! I will definitely be ordering it again soon!
We had high tea for 3. It was delightful! Connie accommodated our need for no onion in the chicken salad. Our chicken orzo soup was good, served in a teacup. The tomato, basil toasted sandwich was very tasty. We also enjoyed many, many cups if different teas. The only thing I think was missing was the serving dish marmalade, strawberry jam and Devonshire cream that is typically served with scones. The scones were very good and they had the cream doll up on the top, but I kind of enjoy doing my own thing and trying the different toppings. I hate to make a complaint about anything because our waitress was wonderful, the food was delicious and plentiful, and we enjoyed our time without feeling rushed. You can order from the menu so a served tea is not your only choice here. We will return!
We just had a birthday lunch for my daughter there and it was fantastic! The food was great and the atmosphere beautiful. They went above and beyond to make my princess feel special om her birthday.
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!!! And the service is OUTSTANDING! The owner and staff are the nicest people, and go out of their way to make you feel special when you are there. Such a beautiful, quaint atmosphere! I have never been to place quite like it, and would highly recommend. Not to mention the food, which is all homemade and to die for. Have been to a baby shower and a princess tea party for my 2 year old. I live in Philly and would literally drive back just to go to the Serendipity Tea Room. That is how special this place is! Looking forward to my next trip to Pittsburgh so I can have lunch there.
