“I think some of these reviewers must not have had their coffee before reviewing. Yes, sometimes service is delayed...however, that's isn't always a reflection on the team working. Things happen and a little patience and a smile goes a long way. I frequent this location for my coffee at least 4 times a week. I am ALWAYS greeted cheerfully whether in Drive through or in the store. My order is always right and tastes good. I want to commend the team at this location for consistent, pleasant service.”

“Great server. Pot roast dinner was very tasty. However, my husband's chicken was raw inside and french fries were undercooked. They did comp his meal after he declined a replacement meal. Restaurant was not busy when we visited it, so that was not the problem with undercooking his meal.”

“I bought a medium frosty for my two kids to share. They didn't feel like sharing, so I went back to get a small frosty. Small frosty for 50 cents a great deal! The staff should let you know about deals before you spend $2 on a medium frosty. Also, dining room and restrooms NOT as clean as the competition.”

“A local institution! There is not a huge variety on the menu but that's how the locals like it! A great place to take the kids and sit down to a plate of fries with brown gravy and as many hot dogs as you can eat with whatever toppings you like! The prices are fair but I think the locals craving their Shorty's would pay just about any price. The hotdog chilli is fantastic, can not be beat!! The waitresses get your drinks and plates to you before you can even blink! And if you're there often they'll have your order memorized in no time! Super friendly staff!! I think it's safe to say that the people of Washington would be lost without Shorty's!!”
