“Wow. What an incredible experience for a quick, delicious lunch. The Pho Valley (their signature soup) is what I ordered. What a clean dish. Some Pho is murky, or muddy with a bland, undistinguished taste. The Pho Valley is by far, the best Pho I have ever had. It builds upon the palette in layers. Spicy, sweet, savory all hit you at separate points in each bite. A perfect blend of spices accentuate the flavor points of the soup. The rice noodles are cooked to perfect consistency. The meat is tender, and filled with the flavor of the broth, and the meatballs were a nice addition to the already surprisingly delicious meal. My son had the Canh Ga (Chicken wings) and loved them. I cannot wait to go back, and sample the rest of the menu. Thank you so much Pho Valley for a great lunch, and hopefully many more to come!”

“We really enjoyed the food! My husband ordered C6 (BBQ Chicken) and it was amazing. I ordered the soup and it was also very good! The owner came over and chatted with us, educating us on the different ingredients and ways of marinating/cooking the meat. He was such a sweet man! Also, the restaurant was very clean! We will 100% be back!”

“Pretty awesome. We were new to the area. Patty was so sweet and full of charm! She helped us decide what to order, gave great directions and was great to talk to. Service was the best I've had in a long time at a nice little local place! They ordered burgers and I had the chicken salad supreme and it was delicious! Best part was they had summer shandy on tap! Will definitely return here for more food and drinks!!!!”
