    the food was amazing, the servers so friendly, just a great place to have a big breakfast or lunch...try it, you wont be disappointed. the remodel is fantastic as well!!!!!!

    Bilie Ann's Diner (formerly J&S) retained the same cook & team that's been serving the Cecil area for over a decade. Great team, great food, dining room renovations are SPECTACULAR!

    The new owner worked there for a decade before buying the business. The team and menu are the same, but the updated dining space has a fresh, modern, welcoming feel.

    Stop by in person to see daily/weekly menu specials, including breakfast lunch and desserts. Overall, expect a delicious meal in a relaxing family friendly casual diner atmosphere, from a warm friendly wait staff.. you won't be disappointed!
