“Best bar food as voted by several of our group of 8 that desended upon this small bar for libations and dinner. Limited menu in this case means spot-on portions and flavors. The "kitchen" (grill and fryer) at least from what we saw, was behind the bar. Bar tender was also very good, accommodating rearranging of the tables to get us all together, taking our orders, then delivering and checking on us several times (even turned the music down when we were all shouting at one another). Totem Pole may be out of the way but worth the stop.”

“In the area for a quiet getaway and got pizza from John’s today. Amazing! Great crust and sauce! I’m probably going to go for a sit down dinner tomorrow night. Even after walking in the place, I knew it was going to be yummy. Smelled so good!!!! Incredibly friendly service and great prices too!!!! There were people coming in and out the whole time I waited for my pizza and that wasn’t that long for how good it was!!!! Amazing local food!!!!”

“Don't buy the hype. While not bad, this place manages to take Pocono bland and slather it over barbecue. It is not worth waiting in line for. Certainly not on a hot summer day. It isn't bad, just not that good.
