Omg! Not sure what words can truly describe this place! First off, the ingredients are top notch from the crust to the toppings! A lot of skill and love goes into these "pizzas"! I put pizzas in quotes because that word truly fails to describe these tasty works of art! Definitely give this place a shot! You will leave happy, full, and satisfied! The Wife is a very picky eater and she has nothing negative to say about this place!

Just discovered this great eating spot last week in the Amish Markets. I tried the Margherita 12" round Pizza. I love the wood-fired taste and texture. The mozzarella cheese is so good and creamy. Can't wait to try some of the other pizzas they offer...next up will be the Peach Pizza.

One of Hanover's best kept secrets, perhaps? You'll find this cozy craft pizza spot inside the Hanover market place. A husband and wife have teamed together to offer thoughtfully and creatively inspired neapolitan style pizza baked in a wood burning pizza oven. Wow, be prepared for fantastic food. This pizza definitely competes with similar offerings normally found in larger metropolitan areas in the U.S. We had three people in our group, so we tried one of each of their classic, specialty and white pizzas. The bake was perfect, each pizza had a unique flavor, and the dough was simply excellent. Black bubbled edges with thin interior crust, slight crisp on the bottom and mostly chewy. If you like neapolitan style pizza, you must go. If you've never had it before, Artisans & Oak is the place to try. Bon Appetit!
