“I decided to try the new Jersey Mike's in East York yesterday. I did the phone app order which was nice and easy. I walked in a couple of minutes early not knowing what to expect if my order was ready or not. It was already sitting in the bin for pickup. I checked my order and it was all correct. I left with my order to eat it outside in my work truck. I opened up my sub to enjoy and the bread was all soggy from all the oil and vinegar that was dumped on it. It was a horrible sub! My fingers sunk into the moist bread roll right into the meat and cheese. The sub was falling apart on me because of how much oil and vinegar was dumped on it. I wasn't impressed with this new sub shop and don't think I'd try it again.”

“The atmosphere is nice if you are from a firefighter or EMS background. The food was good. About the same as you get from Subway or Little John's. In my opinion all these places have too much bread and not enough inside the sandwich unless you fill it with lettuce. JMO.”

“Favorite Taco Bell around. Extremely friendly staff that helped my mother with her order (she's older and had never been there before). One employee joked around with us and gave us some extra change she had out of her own pocket so we wouldn't have to break our $20 bill. Absolutely the best place for a quick taco bite, or you can dine in and have an extremely pleasant time there as well.”

“Very Quick service using kiosks, Great prices on drinks. Use this location for meetings all the time, Tons of seating and lots of wall outlets available if you need to plug in. Coffee drinks are yummy. Had Chai Tea on last visit and it was perfect. Service is almost always with a smile with a few exceptions and this past time several kiosks were out of service for ordering quickly, so a bit more of a wait than usual, but almost always solid and predictable high quality services”

“Amazing food, beautiful atmosphere, and great service!! And an AMAZING MANAGER!!! Def going back!!! So, had an issue with food that we ordered the 2nd time we went here, BUT....the manager came over, actually "SAT DOWN" at our table and of course introduced himself! He got down to our level instead of just standing over us, not introducing themselves and just saying "uh-huh" a hundred times, he talked to us about what was going on, asked what he could do to rectify the issue, or anything at all that he could and apologized profusely! Even though the issue was over a certain steak, and it was eaten anyway, this one in particular amazing manager cut our bill in half! We've been back a couple of more times and he was working, came over just to say hello and asked how we were....finding out that we all had a bunch of things in common! He didn't have to do that! He shook our hands when we got there and when we were leaving! He also let us know when he'd be back, and we ABSOLUTELY, MOST DEFINITELY will go back to THAT in particular Longhorn, and no other because the food was AMAZING, but the SERVICE was great, and that one in particular MANAGER, who is ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY AMAZING!!!”

Even though it was crowded (it was Saturday evening), I didn't mind waiting since I understood how busy it was and we were in a bigger group. I'd come here again! “Really great experience last night. All the food was great and the service was great too. Reasonably priced drink selection with a full bar. Not a ton of wine options but enough. The sausage pizza was great we split a mini as an appetizer just to try it and it was a good choice. I had the Tuscan shrimp as my meal and it was excellent. Really great flavor and a large portion. It also came with a salad. I plan to go back to try other dishes I did learn though that if you get take out then you need to ask for sauce with the breaded cauliflower. If order it in the restaurant it comes with it but not with takeout. A bit misleading and then disappointing when sitting down to eat”
