DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

We were there for a preschool class trip with my grandaughter. Pam beautifully decorated 4 ice cream cakes & then let the kids practice with their own icing. John gave us a fantastic behind the scenes tour. He really enjoys having fun with the kids! .... this DQ is clean & well kept! Highly recommend ????

Was there twice last week both times requested chocolate ice cream got vanilla but it was good

Love the ice cream here!!! The service is usually pretty good. The only thing lacking is the fact that the seating isn't enough for the amount of business that flows throu this establishment.

I never give 5 unless I'm super impressed. Everything was as it should be with a fast food type place... window people can we move a little faster than the cooks, but good team work. Ice cream was a satisfying treat after some family time out of the house.

This location is almost always busy with an understandable wait. Staff is always friendly and polite. However, in the last year the fast process for items like cheeseburgers and fries seem a little too quick.

It would be understandable if a couple of cars behind in line but not being the only car in line to pull from the menu board to the pay window to be handed this type of food so quickly. While the food seems OK it just makes you question if cooked properly.

There seems to be no consistency in the cone servings as sometimes you can get what you order while others may be like 1 blob of a "scoop". I personally wish they would do away with asking for charity donations as you can donate in the beginning but still be asked weeks l later.
