“We went here in May, great place. Very attentive service and incredibly nice waitstaff. All of the food was excellent. We ordered two kids meals, a burger, and two flatbreads (one was a taco flatbread). All were very good, we would go back here without hesitation! Just a short drive from Sakonnet Point and Tiverton. “Yum! Came here and got the combination plate. The steak and pork were so flavorful that just thinking about it as I write this review my mouth is watering. “This place was fine. The wait time on a Saturday was not bad, ~15 min. And they serve half of Diego’s and half of Wharf Southern Kitchen. We got the ceviche, paella and cali burritos with tip the total came to about $80. The food was decent, the quality was okay but personally I’ve had way better ceviche, paella and burritos for half the cost. Save your coin.”

“Had a great weekend in Jamestown. We just got off our friends boat it was a hot but amazing day on the water. The kids sprinted directly to the ice cream shop at the marina. We could tell it was closing but asked if it was open anyway. The guy looked at our kids, laughed and said, now it is. It was a perfect ending to the day. Kudos to the marina for putting an ice cream shop there. Absolutely delicious. We will be back!”

I had the corned beef hot dog special (corned beef, sauerkraut, onions, yellow mustard) and my husband had the Rhody (meat sauce, yellow mustard, diced onion, celery salt). We split the crab fries (fries with Old Bay and a side of cheese sauce). Toppings on the hot dogs were plentiful and flavorful. The cheese sauce with the fries was the real deal - not bright orange gloop. Definitely appreciated the extra napkins. Al was friendly and had some really helpful ideas on things to do in the area. Definitely worth a trip!”

“I went to Jim's Pizza Plus for the first time today, 03 April 2014. Upon entering the establishment, the first thing to grasp my attention was the noticeable cleanliness! Not only was the dining area comfortable and attractive, but also completely spotless and accommodated all my needs as a patron. After being greeted politely by Jim and his family, the miraculous service continued throughout our experience. Jim and his staff guided us helpfully as my girlfriend and I decided what to order. Our sandwiches were ready in a very timely fashion, with no detail swept under the rug. The food was AMAZING! Their french fries were fresh and well seasoned, as our sandwiches were out of this world. I ordered a medium steak and cheese for a reasonable price, and I had to leave with leftovers the sandwich was so big! I would recommend Jim's Pizza Plus to anyone in the area, and especially to travelers such as myself seeking great local cuisine! The best part was being able to personally thank Jim in the kitchen, for the excellent service him and his family provided us”

“I rented a home within walking distance from the Jamestown Marina Cafe and Bar. I decided to stop in to see what the cafe was like...I loved the decor and the staff was friendly and eager to help. I wanted some ice cream and the staff helped me decide by describing all their options. I went with my all time favorite mint chocolate chip and it did not disappoint! The ice cream was delicious, so creamy and definitely tasted home made. I was so satisfied and happy that it became my almost every night late night spot! The cafe has breakfast and lunch as well as a recently opened outdoor adorable bar in the back of the cafe. If you are in the area and want to have a cocktail, grab some lunch, or try some delicious ice cream, don't hesitate to stop at this scenic cafe at the Jamestown marina.”

“Stopped in while passing through to do some work while drinking some craft beers, and it was the best decision I made that day. Dave was a great bartender, told me more about their operations, kept me set with cold beers, and just went out of his way to see that I had a good visit. I've been to a lot of breweries, and there's a big difference between those who want to sell beer and those who want to sell the craft beer experience along with quality brews. Newport craft certainly delivered.”
