    I joined there 12 week weight-loss challenge and had a great time meeting new people at this challenge who had the same struggles as I did. The 3 instructors that were teaching the class, especially Mary was amazing! As she taught the class 2 other instructors were making sure our forms were correct, and showed everyone how to do it safely. I would definitely recommend Shape It Up Fitness. I started with there Zumba classes and now love there circuit classes. Cannot wait to restart!!

    Stop in a stranger and return because you become family! Whatever your goal is you can't go wrong taking time to see all Shape It Up has to offer. Cheers to all.
