The food here is Wonderful and Delicious. Brianna the server we had the last time was also simply AWESOME, was not there today, but the 2 pictured here Denzel, and Mary are FANTASTIC as well! Our service was absolutely awesome! My friend and I both had the corned beef hash special, with 2 eggs, home fries and rye toast. Everything was great, but the corned beef hash was perfect, nice and crunchy top with a soft tasty center. Even the coffee is great! I am a regular here now for sure! I've referred many people here already and they all thanked me. Great spot!!
Good food, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Came for a late breakfast/ / lunch. I had perfectly cooked over easy eggs, crispy bacon, home fries and a roll. My friend had the fish and chips - only on fridays - local haddock. Both were great - served fast and with a smile.
Had the eggs Benedict over spicy chicken and a waffle. Don’t remember the menu name but it was great. It’s a small place and it was very busy but the staff was attentive.
The Rhody Hen Cafe EP opened a second location. There other location is in Pawtucket, RI. We had a very nice, delicious breakfast in a clean and really cute restaurant. Staff were friendly and attentive. Only complaint that I have is that the prices were a little high. It cost us $48 for breakfast for 2 people in East Providence! I would expect to pay that in a five star resort or in a major city; however, for a couple that goes out to breakfast frequently, we can get the same breakfast a lot cheaper at other diners in EP or at IHOP.
Welcome Little Rhody to East Providence!
What a great breakfast and lunch spot!
My wife and I stopped by to explore this new gem. Staff were fantastic and quick. We were given their menu as well as some unique tasty breakfast and lunch specials.
My wife had the French Toast with Strawberries, powdered sugar, and Real Maple Syrup! Thick slices with butter swirling on top!
I tried their bacon, avocado, Eggs Benedict. Nice thick slices of bacon with perfectly ripened avocado on English Muffins.
Their menu also includes locally sourced produce, New England beers, as well as specialty spirits.
There is an outside patio for those who want to feel the morning breeze with their meal.
Hours are 7:00AM until 2:00PM, 7 days a week! This place accepts credit cards and gift certificates are available for the holidays.
Please stop by and show some support for our new local spot!
