Danny and SK were my very first trainers. The beginning of my fitness journey. They gave me the motivation I needed to get up everyday and actually achieve all the goals I have thought about for what seemed like forever ????I started with them in September 2018 and have been consistent ever since! It’s not the workouts that make you keep going back, but the good energy and positive vibes that make you want to show up that day you want to sleep in ....highly recommended !

I joined in early September 2019 and I absolutely love it! There’s always awesome energy from staff and other clients. The knowledge that you get from the trainers here is like no other place! They are eager to help you reach your goals and will take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun! Definitely stop by, you won’t regret it!

Amazing service. Very reasonable workouts. They know how to push you to your limit without overwhelming you. Very kind and professional people. I used to hate working out, but they make the time there pleasant. I have seen huge results in a short period of time!

I’ve always felt uncomfortable going to a gym or to a trainer and out of place at times. After hearing about Danny I decided to give him a chance. And wow am I glad that I did! Danny makes you feel like family, he makes sure you are comfortable and specializes each workout to fit your needs and to make sure it’s on the level you should be on! I’ve never felt better. He’s helped me get myself to look better and most importantly feel better! He not only is my trainer but someone I can turn too for advice. He knows when you are having a bad day and easily helps you transfer that energy into your workout and you’ll leave with a whole new perspective. Highly recommend!

I started with Danny in early February 2019 and I don’t regret it. It’s a great atmosphere and I always felt welcomed. I love how the team keeps tabs on you making sure you’re eating right and showing up on time for training. Every month Danny went over body comp and measurements to make sure goals were being met and tweaked the plan to meet them once I got a plateau. Danny and Mike are both very dedicated and are really passionate about what they do. Not to mention how long the results will last even after not going for sometime. The protein smoothies are the best and they have an awesome selection of supplements to help you reach your goals !! ????????
