“If you’re from the Douglas Ave area STAY AWAY FROM BRANCH AVE DUNKIN... for years I had to come to admiral location to fix my coffee from Branch Ave and they never had a problem fixing it for me it seems like I’m not the only one who has to go all the way to admiral to get an iced coffee . This location always have the nicest workers the girl with the blonde hair is extremely nice and kind she’s the only one I’ve been seeing there for years I’m not sure if she works there anymore but she’s great . Thank you guys for making good coffee and food and Alwaya having donuts on hand meanwhile brand Ave they NEVER have anything I get after a certain time they don’t have any donuts because it’s close to closing time but around 6-7pm recently they never have anything . I think they’re cutting corners and chose to just not make anything after a certain time because maybe they’re lazy . All set with Branch Ave . It’s a big of a drive because of all the damn traffic going on in the area but it’s worth it”

“In the past, there were the occasional mistakes on my orders, which I understand, sometimes on a busy day/night you may get your order wrong, because ya know, lots of people with not enough staff sometimes but they try their best really they do. I only had my order wrong 2 times in a long time. I'm talking long time as in years. I really do appreciate the fact that the employees now are nearly 100% perfect with everything I order. The ones who would constantly make mistakes seem to no longer work there. Either way, the young ladies who work here? They do an impeccable job. They're polite, very professional and the customer service? Absolutely amazing! The cashiers always meet me with a smile, are actually interested in doing their jobs and they work very hard. I wish they would all be promoted for being so great at their jobs”

“Wow! What an amazing place! Lots of seating options.. whether you want to be downstairs in the lounge or in the fancier dining room or even a bar and tables outside. We chose the comfy deck seating! Drinks were great! And all food we have tried has been fantastic!. It is baffling how this place is not busier! Although, we tend to go during the week.. we feel like we found the perfect quiet spot for our girls night out!!”
