Although Providence isn't known for its film community, I found this restaurant to be very accommodating and able to serve a crew of 20 at the last minute. “One of the biggest Asian restaurants I have ever been to. Went there thanks to an event from workplace. Very spacious, well decorated, and nice people. The food is reasonably priced and serving sizes are impressive. It took them a while to serve us, but we were a large group so it is understandable. Even after having enough there, I had enough leftover to carry out.”

“We were impressed. We had planned a day in Providence and were going to stop at Zorba's for food, but they were closed. Luckily, we checked out this place. The kids were very happy with the pizza, the meatball sandwich was really good (not the all-filler kind you get at other places), my daughter got the spinach salad and was very happy. Quick service, and very friendly and attentive to us. The only suggestion I have is to get air conditioning. It was in the 90s out, and even though it was much cooler inside, it was still very hot.”

“Sushi Review Only. Stopped here on a Friday night to avoid massive traffic backup in Providence and so glad I did. Only got as far as the sushi bar so can't review anything else. Sushi chef was friendly and polite going so far as to present a complimentary delicious bite to enjoy as my order was prepared. By far the best selection I made was the out-of-control roll. A visually stunning combination of salmon avocado and eel which will have me dreaming of how soon I can get back to eat that again. The other two rolls were beautifully prepared but simply lacked one more element of flavor or texture to make them as memorable. It won't take a traffic jam to get me to come here again sometime soon.”

“Subway is not one of my normal lunch locations however, this visit was noteworthy for one reason only... I had stopped at the Taco Bell across the parking lot and gotten completely and utterly ignored the entire 15 minutes I spent waiting in the totally nonexistent line for service. Needless to say I was quite irked at such substandard treatment and promptly left after some choice comments probably better left unsaid in this medium... Subway was completely opposite my experience at the Bell. The food was pretty much the same as every other Subway. However the service was light-years beyond the ding-a-lings next door!”

Ordered takeout last night and was beyond impressed - everything was fresh and perfectly seasoned, and the chicken fingers and pan-fried dumplings were light and meaty, and not greasy at all. These are things you expect from freshly-cooked food, and Great Eastern certainly delivered, but what was more impressive is that the leftovers were just as delicious. I'm looking forward to sampling the rest of the menu!”

“Best Chinese I've had in a long time! They were quick, affordable, and most importantly, the food was delicious. We got the pork fried wontons, chicken fried rice, sweet and sour pork, and General Tso's Chicken. Everything was great, but I was particularly impressed by the sweet and sour pork. We recently moved to the area and have been looking for a good Chinese restaurant. I'm happy to say the search is over.”

“In the past, there were the occasional mistakes on my orders, which I understand, sometimes on a busy day/night you may get your order wrong, because ya know, lots of people with not enough staff sometimes but they try their best really they do. I only had my order wrong 2 times in a long time. I'm talking long time as in years. I really do appreciate the fact that the employees now are nearly 100% perfect with everything I order. The ones who would constantly make mistakes seem to no longer work there. Either way, the young ladies who work here? They do an impeccable job. They're polite, very professional and the customer service? Absolutely amazing! The cashiers always meet me with a smile, are actually interested in doing their jobs and they work very hard. I wish they would all be promoted for being so great at their jobs”
