We visited during the covid quarantine. The pizza was fresh and so delicate. Idk how to describe what i mean by delicate, but the the crust was flakey an the pizza had the perfect amount of mushrooms on it. The truffle oil was lightly tossed on the pizza for a subtle yet fulfilling taste. We were in town from NYC but i will be back to this place. Our sever named Alonzo was helpful and attentive.
Their coal fired chicken wings are a must, smokey, meaty, crispy, and topped with savory caramelized onions. Providence Coal Fired Pizza has a full bar with an impressive craft beer list. An upscale ambiance with ample seating for large groups. I have only been to the Providence location and it can get real busy so making reservations is a must, also the parking can be a nightmare but that is common for dining in downtown Providence.
First time going here and the service was great and the food absolutely delicious!! Andrew our server was so nice and accommodating. Pizza was absolutely delicious and the wings also.. will definitely be back for another visit
I was on a trip to Rhode Island, and this place was recommended to me. I don't like pizza with a crispy crust, so I didn't order pizza. However, many of my companions did and they enjoyed it. I ordered a meatball sub that was served with a cup of tomato soup. The soup was fantastic! It had little balls of mozzarella in there and basil on top and it was really tasty. My meatball sub was pretty good; it had lots of melted mozzarella, and it was nice and crispy, but the meatballs were a little dense. The service was really good, and we were able to get in and out during our 1 hour lunch.
We order a 2 small pizzas, the size of them were perfect for sharing between 2 people.
The pesto pizza was a bit disappointing, first of all it has a lot of oil in the pesto making the dough a bit soaky, and the chicken was totally without flavor.
By the way the Conrad pizza was really good, nice crunch on the dough and the sausage had a great flavor and a perfect combination with the onion and red pepper.
The price was a good deal with 10$ each pizza.
