“What customer service! I love this place because, at first, it seems like a small door leading into a tiny space, but when you walk in, it's clean and well lit. Plus, you won't get better customer service anywhere else. I haven't tried to eat here yet, because of a gluten allergy, but after learning that I had a car door allergy, the wonderful staff at Baba's New York System helped me wash up. I was biking down the street, when a customer so excited to get food from here opened their car door as I biked by their car. Here is where I found out I had a slight car door allergy when I might have collided with it and I fell to the street close to it. Everyone was okay, but it looked like someone had spilled ketchup on me or something (joke). So, I was brought into Baba's New York System and was helped out by the wonderful staff, while the excited, and concerned, customer got their food! So, the lesson here, is you're gonna get treated well at New York System on Smith Street, but just be aware to be careful on the streets of RI. Once you get into the store, you're all set.”
