“Had a burger craving, and found this great new neighborhood bar. The black and blue burger was delicious, and they had a good selection of beers on tap. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Chatting with Jason (the manger) I found out they have something fun scheduled for every night of the week! “Have been going here after the gym with my friend for about a month now and have enjoyed not only the products but also getting to know more about Herbalife and their community. At this location, most people order tea with a shake. You can dine in and order or use the Engage app and choose a pickup time. There is barely a wait. Most of the time, Kristina is waiting for us to choose our flavors 😆 The shakes are all less than 300 cal, between 17-24g of protein (depends on choice of shake), diabetic safe, packed with vitamins with >1% dairy. There are quite a few options for add-ins, and they even have special menus that adhere to a theme (pop culture refrences, holidays, etc). I have tried a good amount of shakes and deem birthday cake (for those with a sweet tooth who can handle the sprinkles) and chocolate chip banana bread my favorites, but I haven't even dented the amount of options available. The tea is refreshing, energizing, and much needed hydration after the meal replacement shakes. You are able to choose among caffeine levels and sizes. They also offer protein balls/cake pops/donuts, and I highly recommend the protein balls. There are a lot of flavors to choose from every week, and they make a great snack. I really liked the white chocolate Kit-Kat ones :)”

“Been waiting what feels like forever for a Cava to open in RI, and so happy it’s finally here. As a vegetarian, this is mine and my husbands go-to place for lunch, at least once a week. So many choices, everything is fresh, staff is super nice and always friendly. “Very nice lounge. We stopped here after having dinner next door at Cook and Dagger (excellent food). Cedar Spill is an upscale cigar lounge. Really good craft cocktails and an extensive list of tequilas, scotch, bourbons, etc. I am not a cigar afficionado but I can say that there were a good amount of people in there enjoying cigars. Good air filtration too because the cigar smell was not overpowering. It is tastefully decorated and cozy inside. Great place to stop in for a drink/cigar with a light food menu as well. Service was great and the owner was walking around making sure everyone was being taken care of. Check it out for yourself.”

“Food was excellent! Service was awesome! Prices a little too pricey. Also , no free refills when I’m paying $30 for my meal seems a little petty. The three of us ate there two straight nights and food was fresh and cooked to order. Fries were amazing. The mash potato balls were very tasty but $8 for 5 small balls is pricey. Overall a wonderful experience but hook a brother up with a refill at least! Lol”

“We went for breakfast this morning. The food and service was excellent! The restaurant was busy but we had coffee in front of us within 3 minutes. Breakfast was served hot and delicious with short wait time. The restaurant is super clean and our server was friendly and just awesome. My brother ordered the hungry man breakfast which basically comes with everything- he loved it! I had the southern pancakes that were so delicious! I highly recommend!!! Will be back- maybe tomorrow- I want to try the Eggs Benedict😊”

“The food was good and the service was also good. Very friendly wait staff and bar staff. We sat inside and I had chicken parm which was very good. Large crisp chicken breast with excellent sauce and plenty of mozzarella. They have an outdoor patio in the back right on the water. We did not sit there but it looked like it might be a great place to dine or have cocktails. They have a very large bar which is great. Fairly decent size dining room also.”

“I was visiting for 3 weeks in rhode island and this place made me feel so welcomed and LOVED. Owner is GREAT and fun to watch. Bartenders are FABULOUS and keep an eye on ya. The cook is AMAZING . They are a great team and you can tell the locals love them too. Very warm and family friendly place to go. My favorite food item tho is the rosemary /garlic chicken tenders. ???????? sooo good.”
