But the staff is friendly, they LISTEN when you tell them light ice, or any specific instruction and they make consistently good coffee every single time I go there, whether it is for myself or if I have a tray load for the housemates. (3× a wk on average). Always a good start of the day here. *AND they don't get snippy or oh know whatty with you if you ask them to fix your coffee in the rare occasion.* They deserve the tips they are allowed to get.”

“If you’re from the Douglas Ave area STAY AWAY FROM BRANCH AVE DUNKIN... for years I had to come to admiral location to fix my coffee from Branch Ave and they never had a problem fixing it for me it seems like I’m not the only one who has to go all the way to admiral to get an iced coffee . This location always have the nicest workers the girl with the blonde hair is extremely nice and kind she’s the only one I’ve been seeing there for years I’m not sure if she works there anymore but she’s great . Thank you guys for making good coffee and food and Alwaya having donuts on hand meanwhile brand Ave they NEVER have anything I get after a certain time they don’t have any donuts because it’s close to closing time but around 6-7pm recently they never have anything . I think they’re cutting corners and chose to just not make anything after a certain time because maybe they’re lazy . All set with Branch Ave . It’s a big of a drive because of all the damn traffic going on in the area but it’s worth it”

“This is my favorite Dunkin in RI. No kidding! My job and other journeys have taken me all over the state and this one seems to brew the best cup. Most other Dunkins have a watered down or otherwise funky (maybe it’s the water) brew that barely tastes like coffee. Some are really bad and I don’t know how they get by with that and keep customers. But again, this place is my favorite based on the taste of the coffee. And the staff is always friendly.”
