Rating 3 stars only because of the service- the food was 5 stars. Burger was very well cooked, as were the scallops and pizza. The salads were fresh and chowder delicious! However we had to wait a very long time between appetizers and entrees. We requested bread and received it 20 minutes later, after soups and salads were served. The waitress spilled wine on my Mom while refilling her glass without an apology. Despite all of this, I would probably go back because the food and ambiance are nice, just wish service was better.

First time there, very nice location, close to beach but really no view of it. The menu was good, a little bit of everything, not to pricey & they had a children's menu. The waitress we had was ok but today that's really all you get. I'd go back without a doubt because everyone I went with enjoyed there meal, even me.

We stopped in late in the afternoon on Father's Day and it was very busy. Without reservations we had to wait only 20 minutes to be seated. The wait staff were friendly and efficient. The food was delicious. We were glad we happened upon this place during our sight seeing afternoon.

You visit Trio because of it's atmosphere and friendly service. We had Truffle fries to start, that was the best part of our meals.
Cured Salmon, the brown bread was very thick so it made it dry. My friend only eat the topping. Beet salad, very salty! The dressing overwhelmed the salad. They offered a different salad but they would not make another beet salad. Shrimp+polenta, the shrimp was perfectly cooked but the seasoning was not up to par. Kale, mushroom Lasagna had a nice twist with the sweet potato and orange sauce on the side. Our waitress was very friendly. Clean bathrooms. This place is usually very busy so make sure you call for reservations!

Nice restaurant with a nice location. All our orders were delicious; however, we did not like the service much. Food wise, on a Narragansett level, it is a five stars. Nevertheless, service wise, it is a 3 stars worth.

We might visit again and we hope that if we do, they keep up the good quality food and better service.
