“The chicken is definitely perfectly seasoned. Best fried chicken around in Southern RI. Their biscuits are ok. But it’s hard to get your hands on soft flour up here in the Northeast. Otherwise biscuit flavor is good. Their spicy mayo is actually spicy. I got this maple butter syrup thing. It has a really weird taste and was kind of green? But whatever herb they may have put in there def isn’t good.”

“This place serves some of best and most delicious food I have ever eaten in Rhode Island. The Indian flatbread is absolutely delicious and unique. It perfectly compliments the rest of the ingredients. The toppings all taste fresh, are well chosen, and pack enormous flavor. You won't find better food at 10x the price in the most exclusive restaurant. This place is an RI gem.”

“Very nice lunch buffet setup and perfect for anyone looking to sample the complex flavors of various Indian dishes. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is spotlessly clean. One of the many highlights of the lunch buffet was the fresh Naan served with the meal. Overall, the dishes were full of flavor and the experience was fantastic. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good lunch spot.”

“Oh man, does the Island Deli hit the spot! The sandwiches and fries at this place are absolutely top notch! Island deli is right near Wakefield, making it a great stopping point on the way to or from the beach. The atmosphere is laid back, one might even note, *gasp*, that it's similar to a deli style environment!?!? Who would have thought? All horsing around aside, I don't recall the name of the sandwich I got but it involved some roast beef, muenster cheese, pickled red onion and thousand island. I've never had such a creation before and lo has it swayed my heart. The food comes out hot, and the staff here is friendly, if a bit goofy at times and I can honestly say I left happy as could be. If you're looking for a quick bite that's got more quality than your typical fast/fast-casual establishment this place might be right up your alley! If you're looking for more of a sit down or refined establishment you may want to look a bit further. I'd definitely recommend trying this place!”

“This Panera is nice- I like the atmosphere and size. Staff is very friendly. However, they usually forget things in my order that I paid for and I usually have to check my bag to see if all my items have been included. Overall though, I love Panera so what can I say.”

“Great place to eat. I come on I a fairly regular basis with take out and dine in. Staff is beyond friendly. Dine in can be cold in the winter due to the door opening.(some tables are near the door) just being a coat or jacket. They do not deliver.”

“If I'm looking for the best pizza within 20 miles of Wakefield RI, it's at DB'S Pizza. I order a custom pizza (eat in) and it's wonderful. The crust is bar none. I am very picky about pizza and DB's is consistently top notch. If you have a special request they will try to meet it. They serve wine and beer and soft drinks. This is a very casual place, small but they do pizza right.”

“When you go to any Five Guys establishment you are going to get a fantastic burger, fries, milkshake, whatever it may be, coupled with an overwhelmingly expansive selection of soft drinks. No complaints about service. Usually never crowded/no long waits. Atmosphere is nothing to write home about, it works. Good music selection, not too loud. Eat here for top of the line fast food.”

“In response to the owner, he is typically right when it comes to the sale flyer, however, the daily prices of food that are not on sale are typically higher than most surrounding stores. And you need to be on your toes when comparing Flyers. For instance sea scallops cought out of Point Judith are $19.99 on sale at Belmont. Shaw's has sea scallops on sale for $12.99 and they are caught in Canadian waters, processed in the United States. All scallop boats out of the Northeast fish anywhere from Labrador to the Outer Banks, so anything out of these waters could be considered local. Both Flyers started May 31st. I do shop at Belmont, I like to buy my fruit there, however you need to be careful, there is a reason he doesn't want you tasting the grapes. This is the one product I never by there. And when it comes to prepared foods I must recommend Dunn's Corner Market in Westerly. I was at Belmont just last night and their beef stew, well it just wasn't. Most of their food is good some of it's only fair, however it is a higher-end store overall. But the prices do reflect the higher-end, much pricier than other stores in its category. Dave's is much more reasonable but much further to travel.”

“El Fuego was busy when I visited. Food and service overall was good. But, it didn't distinguish itself from other Mexican restaurants. If you are in the area and want casual Mexican dine-in or take out this is a safe bet and seemed popular with locals.”
