Newly opened and wanted to provide some feedback:
Location - good and central
Parking - small and tight
Seating / atmosphere - decent space and layout
Product / service - this is where Ive been disappointed so far. Theyve been open a week and 2 of the 3 days ive went, theyve been out of cold brew (preferred drink) early in the day and had to order something else. One of my iced shaken espresso was only 2/3 full. Overall service was decently quick.
A few small issues but to be expected when a place first opens, hopefully they improve a bit over the coming months
Fantastic service! I’m so glad we finally have a Starbucks in Westerly! My latte was made perfectly, and my ham and cheese croissant was tasty. The drive-thru moved quickly and efficiently, and I’ll be stopping here every morning before work!
Great location, atmosphere and kind workers. Overall, positive experience and will be back soon.
