“If you want a good bread sandwich this is the place. Option for no bread are limited to soup and salad. Soups are good. Salads are all lettuce, grilled chicken seems like bought pre made. Not grilled and rubbery. Cesar salad made with Greek oil and herb dressing. Prices are high. Cup of Soup, salad w/ chicken and small ice tea was $25.00 without tip. I don’t mind paying if it’s good and this was just average.”

“A wonderful little cafe. The proprietor is friendly and knowledgeable. The location has a lot of available parking and is just downright adorable in a retrofitted old house. The menu is extensive with a number of inventive drinks. The smoothie menu is excellent. The golden turmeric smoothie is mellow and refreshing. The Rhody Latte was a bit sweet for my tastes, but if you ask for it easy on the coffee syrup, it would be perfect. If I lived nearby, this would be a frequent stop for me.”

We like the fact that they serve local eggs on the breakfast menu...if you enjoy the local farms, you need to give them the business or they turn into a shopping plaza! “Great breakfast and bakery spot. Kind of a circus during tourist season and for good reason. Good food on the cheap, also, if it's a nasty day out remember to get it as take out and call ahead so you don't have a wait. The kitchen staff is quick and friendly whenever I get a to go meal. They also do lunch so it's easy to grab a sandwich in the afternoon on the way to misquamicut. If you sit inside on the weekend, try to get Katie as a waitress. Missy, the older chainsmoking lady isn't a great server.”
