“We sat at the bar, very friendly bartenders, great beer selection this restaurant just opened and there are some kinks to work out. We ordered the 10 piece bucket of chicken. Usually a chicken is broken down into 8 pieces (2 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 drums and 2 wings, which includes drum and flat) As we were eating it there was 3 drumsticks, I was like hmmmm Then a small chicken tender and a drummette. I asked the bartender where is the whole Breast she replied it doesn’t come with it. The breast comes only on the sandwich. For 45 dollars I want the whole chicken. Great sauces and flavor but consistency is key, the tenders were missing all of the breading on the chicken and the sides were all served cold. Please specify what the bucket includes on the menu.”

“Turmeric citrus soda is made from scratch, super refreshing and delicious! Mine had little juicy bits of pulp that made it extra tasty and fresh. There is a little outdoor seating area (3 smallish tables and a couple benches) that is breezy and perfectly shaded from the late afternoon sun, and when I was here late on a summer Friday afternoon there weren't a ton of people crowding the area. A nice little peaceful break from the crowds further up Wickenden. I hope to come back and try the food soon!”

“A rare & unexpected find 2 blocks from the Blackstone River Bike Trail, where we had the best ever blueberry muffins. Other customers’ meals looked so good, we went out of our way to come back for breakfast and had the best omelettes we’d ever had anywhere. “My wife can't wait to go back. She loved the goat cheese omelet. Home fries where exceptional. Small indoor dining area created a family atmosphere (would like to try the sidewalk seating area). Only block/s from the nearby park, so can squeeze in a nice walk to or from their location. Would recommend giving them a try, as we will be back for more. “Highly Recommend for parties! Last Saturday my little brother had his birthday party here and let me tell you, it was an amazing experience. My family and I have not had a party for him since the pandemic hit so our top priority was to make sure we picked the right place and sure enough, we DID. We got the Gel Blaster package and boy do those sting but nothing to bad. Seeing my brother so elated was just worth every single minute of it. Now yes the activity brought him joy BUT the host brought him care, respect and energy. I was running a little late to the party and when the host was running things by with my mom I instantly assumed she was a manager because she was so thorough and professional. The craziest part is she was pregnant, she crushed the stereotype of “pregnant women are limited” because not once was she sluggish or ran out of energy. Cheyanne was remarkable and I’m so pleased to have met her and god bless her. One moment that stood out was she consistently made sure my brother was in charge of teams and making decisions instead of making them for him. She made sure he was #1 and that’s all we could have asked for, him especially because with his autism he is more closed off and not able to speak up. Thank you BattlegroundZ staff for hiring good people that care about their job. Thank you all staff and just know we will be back and you guys will be spoken upon highly.”

“Had a great weekend in Jamestown. We just got off our friends boat it was a hot but amazing day on the water. The kids sprinted directly to the ice cream shop at the marina. We could tell it was closing but asked if it was open anyway. The guy looked at our kids, laughed and said, now it is. It was a perfect ending to the day. Kudos to the marina for putting an ice cream shop there. Absolutely delicious. We will be back!”

We found this place and as soon as we walked in we were welcomed with the smell of fresh brewed coffee, pastries, and a smile from the staff. They gave us great coffee recommendations and we took a seat for a while soaking in the ambience. If you're in the area and you want something a little different than the typical coffee chains I would definitely stop in here. For a specialty latte, a dark roast coffee, and a pastry we paid less than $15 so not only is it easy on your nose but it's easy on your wallet. :)”

“I stopped by the old sunshine to see what was up. Sounds like the kitchen staff bought the restaurant from the owners of sunshine since no other buyers came forward. Is this accurate idk but that's what I was told. I ordered orange chicken, and house lo mein no veggies. It was all good but felt like it was missing little flavor but isn't far off from the original deal. They are very under staffed. The place was dead compared to when it was under the old ownership. There no more delivery through the restaurant you will have to use big delivery company like grub hub and or door dash etc. The owner and or two workers I dealt with where kind and polite. If given a chance with a open mind you might find something you like. It's definitely not identical to sunshine but that's why they are in works of changing there name and menu because they know there different. They need staff and chance to keep the doors open to expand like the old owners success.”

“The line was very long! I asked for a regular coffee but got what seemed to be a cup of cream with a splash of coffee. They did correct it for me and it turned out much better. The breakfast sandwich was pretty good and customer service was amazing especially since they had a long line of hungry folks they were quick and upbeat!”
