With just the right amount of CBD, they can have you relaxing all day long. I recently went to the physical location and was really impressed with the vibe. You can totally sit comfortably & enjoy a nice lunch or breakfast with a friend or loved one. There are little games & card decks strewn about on the tables so you can have something to do while you wait for food or while you're relaxing. Little trinkets for sale and some really cool decor and greenery all around. It was totally a different feel. That mixed with the delicious food and friendly service, I'll return again.”

“I’ve been to the new location 6 times since their opening. Great food at decent prices. I’ve lived in the area for the past 18 years. I visited the hitching post once in the 17 years. Scallops are excellent! I enjoy the fish sandwich with the salsa on it. White chowder is excellent as well. I’m not a clam cake fan, but two guest that joined me enjoyed theirs.”

“This place is so quaint and lovely. Coffee flavors are seasonal which I love. The staff are all super friendly and the decor is a mix of farmhouse and local art. The breakfast is always delicious.... especially the corned beef hash and the French toast. There is also a to go section which is very convenient. And it's an added bonus that it's in Chepachet, known for it's adorable country store with candy counter and antique shops. Stop in for a bite and try for yourself!”

We went to the farmers market (Wednesday and Saturday 9-11:30) and bought some fresh oyster and the front desk receptionist was very helpful. She took the oyster and came back with it on a lovely platter. You can't find service and or someone that is helpful often. Thank you for memorable weekend stay.”

The only let down was I could tell the chicken came from a one of the pre made bags you find in the refrigerated section. “We went to the location with the big ice cream cones and the outdoor seating. For soem reason it doesn't shown up on Google. But it think they have a sister restaurant across the street. I had the cold lobster roll and It was amazing! I'd never had a lobster roll before and this one was worth the price. My mom had a bacon burger and fries and those were very great too! The staff is super friendly and the speed of the food was awesome too!”
